SZIGET is an incredible Rock Music festival where thousand of young guys gather for a week, in an island in the middle of of the Danube river just in the center of Budapest. You can enter in the island woth your own car (in this case you should buy early an additional caravan ticket) or just park outside and enter with your backpack. Policemans are taking care of the area checking all the car that are going out from, verifying if the driver is also the owner. Once inside you should taka care of leaving theimportant stuff (wallet and so on) in the appropriate secutiry boxes, because there are robberies in the tents. The place is enourmous. There are 60 stages for every taste of music, performing 24 hours per day. In the all week are programmed 1000 concerts! Formerly look for a place that is quite (far enought from the after party techno area) to put your tent (not too close to the chemical bathrooms but not far from the spring and the showers). There are places to eat everywhere (indian, chinese, hungarian, etc), supermarkets, free internet point and organized staff that provide all the information you need at each corner.
